Hit the lanes and show us how you roll on one of our 32-lanes complete with new Vector Scoring and Automatic Bumpers. We provide 6lb lightweight balls for the ‘little ones.’ Don’t forget that with our Automatic Bumpers they automatically come up for the ones that need them and go back down for the ones that don’t!

Come and enjoy the latest state of the art games in our family friendly arcade. We’ve got all kinds of games to play for people of all ages. Rack up your credits on our digital card system and head to the winner’s prize area to collect your reward. Whether you’re a kid or just a kid at heart, you’ll enjoy going after the high score in our state of the art arcade!

Murfreesboro Strike & Spare Cosmic Bowling is your Cosmic Bowling experience in Murfreesboro. We have laser lights, disco lights, black lights, and runway lights with LOUD heart pounding music. Our bowling lanes even glow in the dark during our Cosmic Bowling events! Enjoy the Cosmic experience 9pm nightly or ALL DAY Saturday and Sunday!!

At Murfreesboro Strike & Spare we have many different bowling leagues including traditional bowling leagues, different scoring methods like 9 Pin Tap (9 or more on your 1st Ball counts as a strike), different premiums (some leagues have cash prizes, some have bowling balls and other have fun licensed merchandise like Nascar, Nickelodeon etc..).

Located at 95 Weakley Ln Smyrna, TN 37167. Smryna Bowling center is the largest, most modern Bowling Center in the state of Tennessee, we have 52 lanes in our clean, fun and friendly 50,000+ square foot facility, Smyrna Bowling Center features the highest quality lanes and equipment which are maintained daily for top performance. We have lanes geared for the pro and the amateur alike.

We cater to all bowlers from the novice to the more experienced, and from the youngest to the oldest. If you have not already done so, come on in and meet our friendly staff who will be happy to guide you to an enjoyable and fun competitive bowling experience that the whole family can enjoy.

At Smyrna Bowling Center, we really are all about “More People Together”. This consistency positions Smyrna Bowling Center to be be the premiere location for third shifters to come enjoy in the mornings after the work day is over, and those night owls out there to come and enjoy some great bowling in the wee hours of the morning.
